Bu metin, tomiframe.com adresindeki bekleme listesine e-posta adresinizi bıraktığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) uyarınca açıklar. Yalnızca bekleme listesini kapsar; hesap açtığınızda veya cihaz eşlediğinizde geçerli olan kapsamlı politika için Gizlilik Politikası sayfasına bakınız.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

Tomi Frame henüz kurulmuş bir tüzel kişilik değildir. Bu nedenle veri sorumlusu, gerçek kişi olarak İhsan Özlü’dür. İletişim: [email protected].

Anonim şirket kurulduğunda veri sorumlusu sıfatı şirkete geçecek ve bu metin güncellenecektir. Bu değişikliği bekleme listesindeki herkese e-posta ile bildireceğiz.

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Yalnızca e-posta adresiniz ve kayıt tarihiniz. Adınız, konumunuz, IP adresiniz veya herhangi bir takip tanımlayıcısı kaydedilmez. Kayıt bundan ibarettir.

3. İşleme Amacı

Tek bir amaç: ön siparişler açıldığında sizi bir kez bilgilendirmek. Bu adres başka hiçbir pazarlama faaliyetinde kullanılmaz, satılmaz ve üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılmaz. Bekleme listesine katılmak bir hesap oluşturmaz ve sizin için herhangi bir satın alma yükümlülüğü doğurmaz. Hiçbir ödeme alınmaz.

4. Hukuki Sebep

İşleme, KVKK m.5/1 uyarınca açık rızanıza dayanır. Gönderilecek bilgilendirme e-postası, 6563 sayılı Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun kapsamında ticari elektronik ileti niteliğindedir ve yine onayınıza dayanılarak gönderilecektir.

5. Yurt Dışına Aktarım

Verileriniz, Supabase (PostgreSQL veritabanı) ve Railway (uygulama barındırma) hizmetleri üzerinden Avrupa Birliği ve Amerika Birleşik Devletleri’nde bulunan sunucularda saklanır. Bu aktarım KVKK m.9 kapsamında açık rızanıza dayanılarak yapılır. Aktarım, verinin barındırılmasından ibarettir; bu sağlayıcılar adresinizi kendi amaçları için kullanmaz.

6. Saklama Süresi

Adresiniz, ön sipariş duyurusu yapılana kadar saklanır ve duyuru e-postası gönderildikten en geç 6 ay sonra silinir. Talebiniz hâlinde bu süreden önce derhal silinir. Ürün hiç piyasaya çıkmazsa, kararın kesinleşmesinden itibaren 6 ay içinde tüm liste silinir.

7. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

• Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme ve buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
• İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması hâlinde düzeltilmesini isteme
• Silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• İşlemenin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analizi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
• Kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için [email protected] adresine yazmanız yeterlidir. Herhangi bir form doldurmanız gerekmez.

8. Rızanın Geri Alınması

Açık rızanızı dilediğiniz zaman geri alabilirsiniz. Tek yapmanız gereken yukarıdaki adrese bir e-posta göndermektir; adresiniz listeden çıkarılır ve size hiçbir ileti gönderilmez.

English — Waitlist Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to your email address when you join the waitlist at tomiframe.com. It covers the waitlist only — for accounts, paired devices and connected integrations, see the full Privacy Policy. It is the English counterpart of the Turkish notice above; where they describe the same processing, they are intended to say the same thing.

1. Who is responsible

Tomi Frame is not yet an incorporated company, so the data controller is İhsan Özlü, acting as an individual. Contact: [email protected]. When the company is formed, it becomes the controller and this notice will be updated — we will tell everyone on the list by email when that happens.

2. What we store

Your email address and the date you joined. No name, no location, no IP address, no tracking identifier. That is the entire record.

3. Why

One purpose only: to email you once, when pre-orders open. The address is never used for other marketing, never sold, and never shared. Joining creates no account, no obligation to buy, and no payment is taken.

4. Legal basis

Your consent. You give it by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it at any time by sending one email — withdrawal is as easy as giving it.

5. Where the data goes

Your address is stored on servers in the European Union and the United States, operated by Supabase (database) and Railway (application hosting). Those providers host the data and do not use your address for their own purposes.

6. How long we keep it

Until pre-orders are announced, and for at most 6 months after that email is sent. Sooner if you ask. If the product never ships, the entire list is deleted within 6 months of that decision.

7. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, receive it in a portable format, object to the processing, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] — there is no form to fill in. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority; if you are in Turkey, to the Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu.

8. Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects how your address is used, we will email you before the change takes effect rather than relying on you to re-read this page.
