BYOD licence — 14 days, no questions asked
If the BYOD licence is not for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter whether you have already set up your frame.
How to ask
- Reply to your Paddle receipt, or find your order at paddle.net, or
- email us at support@tomiframe.com with your order number.
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for BYOD orders and issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Once refunded, the licence is removed from the device. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Tomi Frame hardware
The hardware is sold in Türkiye only; its 14-day withdrawal right and warranty are described on İade ve Cayma (Turkish).
