Set up your Tomi Frame

Box to wall in five minutes. All you need is your phone.

   Get the app

   The Tomi Frame app is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play. The links will be here when it is out.

   Create your account

   Sign up or sign in in the app.

   Add your frame

   On the My Frame tab, tap Add a frame. Pick the name shown on the frame's screen — it starts with TomiFrame-.

   Connect to Wi-Fi

   The network name comes from your phone; type the password or scan the Wi-Fi QR code on your router's sticker. A few seconds later your screen appears on the frame.

Stuck?

The frame isn't in the list

Press the Refresh button on the back once: after 10 minutes of waiting, setup goes to sleep to save the battery, and the button wakes it. Bring your phone close and make sure Bluetooth is on. If the frame isn't showing the setup screen, hold the button for 10 seconds.

It won't join my Wi-Fi

The frame only joins 2.4 GHz networks. If your router broadcasts two networks, pick the one that isn't 5 GHz and check the password again.
