Already own a Seeed reTerminal E1001? The BYOD (bring your own device) licence lets you run the full Tomi Frame software on it: the mobile app, every widget and plugin, photo and art modes, schedules — the same service our own frames get.
What you get
- A licence for one device, bound to it when you set it up in the Tomi Frame app. It stays with the device if you sell it.
- Developer access for your account: private plugin API, direct HTTP push to the frame, 1-minute refresh and the raw device API (normally $39 on its own).
- Software updates delivered over the air, for as long as we support the hardware.
Supported hardware
Seeed reTerminal E1001 (7.5" black-and-white e-ink, ESP32-S3). No other device is supported at the moment. Seeed Studio and reTerminal are trademarks of their owners; Tomi Frame is not affiliated with Seeed.
How it works
- Install our firmware on the E1001 from your browser over USB — no tools to install.
- Open the Tomi Frame app (iOS and Android), sign in, and add the frame over Bluetooth.
- Buy the licence; the frame starts showing your layout.
Where it is sold
Worldwide except Türkiye, where Tomi Frame is sold as a complete device instead.
Who sells it
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our BYOD orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. The software and the service are provided by Tamara Midas Özlü, trading as Tomi Frame (contact).
